A personal update on the journey from Trade Istanbul Group to Trade Istanbul Hub — factory visits, manufacturing clusters, and what comes next.
Twelve months ago, Trade Istanbul Hub was a concept. Today it is a fully operational B2B wholesale export platform — verified, structured, and actively serving international buyers across 21 product categories in 37 markets.
The reorganization is not almost complete. It is complete.
What Changed
The company was restructured from the ground up. Trade Istanbul Hub LLC was registered in Florida, USA — a clean corporate foundation for a platform with global ambitions. The category architecture was rebuilt. The manufacturer verification process was formalized. The brand, the platform, and the operational model were aligned into one coherent system.
Every decision made during the reorganization had one goal: build something that international buyers can trust completely.

The reorganization was not administrative. It was operational. Each of the 21 categories was developed through direct factory relationships, trade exhibition visits, and on-ground inspection across Turkey's major manufacturing regions.
Furniture — MASKO Istanbul, Kayseri, and Inegöl clusters audited. Solid wood, upholstered, hotel contract, flat-pack, outdoor, and children's furniture all represented. MODEF EXPO 2026 attended in Inegöl.
Apparel — Istanbul's Merter and Zeytinburnu districts covered. Knitwear, denim, streetwear, sportswear, and formal wear. GOTS, OEKO-TEX, and BSCI certified manufacturers verified.
Home Textiles — Denizli manufacturers inspected. Turkey's position as the world's leading towel and bathrobe exporter reflected in the network. Hotel programs, retail bedding, and custom collections available.
Fabrics — Bursa woven fabric cluster covered. Cotton, technical, denim selvedge, linen blends, and recycled GOTS-certified materials. MOQ from 500 meters.
Footwear — Uşak leather cluster and Bayrampaşa fashion footwear district visited. 250 million pairs produced annually in Turkey. MOQ from 100 pairs.
Cosmetics — Izmir Ege Free Zone inspected. 200+ GMP ISO 22716 certified manufacturers. Private label from 1,000 units per SKU with full EU Cosmetics Regulation compliance.
Perfumes — Isparta rose oil supply chain verified. Turkey produces 60% of the world's Rosa damascena oil. Custom fragrance development from 500 units with full IFRA compliance.
